Mahadeo Singh is MLA from Khandela constituency (Vidhan Sabha) of Rajasthan. Mahadeo Singh is the member of Independent, he has defeated his nearest competitor Banshidhar Bajiya from 4348 votes. Banshidhar Bajiya is the member of Bharatiya Janata Party.

Mahadeo Singh has got 53864 votes whereas Banshidhar Bajiya has got 49516 votes. Subhash Meel, the member of Indian National Congress, received 44772 votes and got the third position in Khandela, Rajasthan assembly elections 2018.

Since January 2011, he has been the Union Minister of State, Tribal Affairs. He handled the charge of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways for the period 2009 – 18 Jan 2011. He has also been elected to Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for five terms in the period 1980-2008.
